Making squiggly lines

What's the penguin doing on the telly? Sitting, I think.....
To give you an idea of what goes onto a sketchbook page, I'm including a cropped version of one of the drawings and below am attaching a scanned version of the entire page. These come from the "travelling" sketchbook. I decided to fill out those pages before opening a brand new book.
For fun, I will sometimes try to cram in as many faces and characters as I can onto a single page. Maybe I need to get out more....

I love the word furtive, as in your invitation to take a "furtive" glance. I've never had any fur, unless you count the blonde hair all over my body and the abundant auburn-dyed hair on my head. I'm not sure what fur has to do with that poor penguin in your sketch, except I thought you had drawn an owl for your goddaughter Anastasia (Owls are the mascots for her coed Christian service fraternity at Capital!), but now that I think about it both penguins and owls have feathers instead of fur. I'm not sure what kind of fish that is which shows on Facebook, but they have fins. Maybe you are making a connection to Brian who is a big Finn! Thanks, Bart, for getting me to think on Monday morning. Now I'm well on my way for all that may come this week! +Bonnie

I didn't know I had put all those references into the drawing. I was thinking penguins because winter persists....snow and wind even now! Hope all's well with you all. I see the FB posts from B. and A. and assumed the owl was a mascot of some sort. Now I know! Cheers,
